Stainless Steel Tubes & Fittings

Since the early 1970s, countless customers in the microelectronic, life science and energy sectors have relied on the quality of our high-purity stainless steel tubes and components. There are good reasons why our tubes, fittings and machined parts can be found in almost every semiconductor fab and pharmaceutical plant.

Beyond standard: for the most demanding requirements

Our standard products meet the highest requirements for surface quality and purity. They are used in the semiconductor industry, in the pharmaceutical industry, in analytics and in other high-tech industries for the transportation of liquids and gases. Our tubes and fittings meet all common national and international standards and regulations.

Whether bright finished, pickled or electropolished and packaged in our clean room – we have the right product for every application.

Highest Precision for High-Purity Applications

Tubes & Fittings

Dockweiler tubes and fittings form the foundation for high-purity media supply systems in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and analytical industries. Precise manufacturing, defined surface finishes, and rigorous quality control ensure maximum purity and the highest level of process reliability. Combined with Dockweiler surface finishes such as finetron, TCC, TCC.1, and ultron, these components create tubing systems that meet even the most demanding requirements.

Pipe & Pipe Fittings

In addition to high-purity tube and fittings, Dockweiler also offers a comprehensive portfolio of pipes and pipe fittings for larger nominal diameters and demanding utility applications. These systems are used, for example, in submains, bulk gas supply systems, CFOS plants, process cooling water (PCW) systems, and complex infrastructure projects in the semiconductor industry.

In contrast to conventional tubes and fittings, pipes are specified according to the international NPS system (Nominal Pipe Size) and are designed for larger nominal diameters and higher mechanical loads. Sizing is based on nominal diameter and wall thickness (Schedule), resulting in robust piping systems for high flow rates and industrial supply networks.

Through a combination of high-quality materials, defined surface qualities, project-specific manufacturing, and comprehensive documentation, Dockweiler offers reliable solutions for demanding supply and infrastructure applications worldwide.

Electropolished coil tube

Seamless gas supply in proven Dockweiler quality, manufactured for ultra-high-purity applications in the semiconductor industry. Thanks to an electropolished inner surface with Raavg. ≤ 0.25 µm, available up to a maximum length of 30 meters, the need for weld testing in the system and the risk of possible contamination can be minimized. This significantly increases efficiency during installation and safety for the application.

Overview

Selected Alloys

Quality begins even before production starts

Not every melt meets the high requirements of modern high-purity applications. Even materials with identical material designations can differ significantly in terms of corrosion resistance, weldability, surface quality, and long-term stability. That is why Dockweiler evaluates materials even before further processing to determine their suitability for demanding applications in the semiconductor industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and other high-tech markets.

With our “Selected Alloys” approach, we consider not only material designations but also the melting process, chemical composition, processing behavior, and quality characteristics of each individual melt. Extensive testing and qualification ensure that only selected materials form the basis for our high-purity tubing systems. After all, the highest quality begins with the raw material.

Selected Alloys Stage

The right inner surface for every application

Our expertise in mechanical and electrochemical surface treatments guarantees optimal quality for high-purity industrial applications. In-house knowledge of the core processes is just as important for the finishing as the qualification and selection of the appropriate raw material.
