Chief Financial Officer, Purchasing & Human Resources (CFO)

Susanna Fiebig

Susanna Fiebig has been a member of the management board of Dockweiler AG since December 2024. As the daughter of the company's founder Klaus-Dieter Fiebig, she is closely connected to the company's history and gained extensive experience in technical retail even before her role on the management board. Since 2002, she has successfully managed Otto Meyer GmbH, which she has positioned for the future with innovative ideas and sustainable projects.

Susanna Fiebig is known for innovative solutions, sustainable action and a deep understanding of customer needs. Her vision is to combine traditional products with high-tech technologies, always with a focus on people. With her diverse expertise and commitment to sustainable corporate management, Susanna Fiebig is making a significant contribution to the further development of Dockweiler.

Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

Christian Sakowski

Christian Sakowski has been Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Dockweiler AG since March 2025. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and management positions, with a focus on business development, strategic customer development and international market expansion.

His roles included managing director with overall responsibility for locations in Europe as well as manager of an international business unit. His strength is in the development of clear sales strategies, the establishment of sustainable customer relationships and the successful development of new markets. With a strong sense for customer needs and a high level of analytical expertise, he sets the impulses for growth and international expansion.

With his deep understanding of market potential and his commitment to customer focus, Christian Sakowski is shaping the sales orientation of Dockweiler AG in a future-oriented and effective way.

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Joakim Ericsson

Joakim Ericsson has been a member of the Executive Board since July 2023 and is responsible for the Sales and Operations departments of the Dockweiler Group.

The graduated mechanical engineer has a very wide and long-term management experience and proven technology expertise for surface treatment and electropolishing. Mr. Ericsson has already been working for the Dockweiler Group since 2011 and was responsible as Managing Director for the establishment of Dockweiler Asia in Thailand as well as for the further development of the subsidiary Calamo AB in Sweden.
