Packing and delivery

Bright finished tubes and fittings closed with transparent PE caps (anodic clean and electropolished tubes and fittings with PE/PA squares), sleeved and sealed in PE and marked with a green sticker „safetron“. Electropolished tubes and fittings are closed with yellow PE caps and marked with a green sticker „safetron ep“.

Delivery of tubes in tubular container or wooden crate, fittings in strong cardboard box with shock-absorbing filler.

*Hygienic class acc. to DIN 11866 / DIN 11865 / DIN 11864

 

Safetron surfaces


Inner surface


safetron is a welded stainless steel tube system supplied in the alloys TP 316L/1.4404/1.4435/BN2 (1.4539 on demand) and available in the surface qualities bright finish, anodic clean and electropolished.

Anodic cleaned in accordance with specification HE 175 3VNS (tubes) and HE 111 3VNS (fittings)
Ra ≤ 0.40 µm/16 µin. Anodic cleaning does not alter the roughness of the inner surface 
 
Safetron Anodisch gereinigt

Characteristics/Advantages: The specially developed cleaning process removes 3-5µm from the surface – and with it any remnants of the annealing process and other potential contamination. For the user this means a surface free of particles including the welds. 

 


Elektropolished


In accordance with HE 175 4VN (tubes) /HE 111 4 VN (fittings),

Safetron Elektropoliert
 

Characteristics/Advantages: Reduction of the surface area, the closed chromium oxide layer optimizes the corrosion resistance and welding characteristics, no catalytic reaction with the medium.
