Minimized dead volume

Dockweiler develops various manifold types with their customers and manufacture also in accordance with customer drawings for applications in the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries as well as for biotechnology.

Individual manifolds for filling, sampling, WFI and pharmaceutical ingredients production etc.

Manifold systems for less critical gases

For example: Dockweiler/Evans prefabricated laterals ready to install, Prefabrications with ball valves, VCRs etc.

Fitting Optimization

The installation of stainless steel tube and their use by OEMs is often so specialized that fittings manufactured in accordance with the usual standards are not fit for purpose. A Dockweiler team from the production and technical departments works continuously on the design optimization of fittings.

The most frequent requests are:

Special branches on T-pieces – for example 45° – or on elbows, cross tees in varying configurations, special alloys such as C22, adapters from one dimensional standard to another – for example ISO to Imperial.

CIP Lances
CIP Rings

Different type of lances are made according to the customers drawing up to a length of 7 metres. The nozzles - often up to 50 per CIP lance, are welded into transposed positions and often only a few milimetres appart. The Dockweiler Orbital welding technology warrents dead space free branches.

Besides the production of CIP Lances Dockweiler has built up a manufacturing base for CIP Rings for use in applications such as freeze dryers. In the past Dockweiler has manufactured CIP Rings in dimensions between 0.18 and 1.5 metres.
